How do I set up an account?

Setting up an account makes it easy to select the right services and features as you discover a need for them. You can easily register with Siivo.com by creating an account. Simply fill out the required fields, indicated by a red asterisk, select a strong password*, and click submit. You will be taken to your account dashboard. Now you are ready to start shopping.

*Note about passwords: Your password should be at least seven characters and should include at least one number and one special character.

How do I access my shopping cart?

You can access your shopping cart at any time by following the navigation bar on the top of each page. From your shopping cart you can manage items, apply coupon codes or proceed to checkout.

I am having a problem with checkout

To checkout, you must go to the shopping cart and provide some information. Proceed to checkout and enter the billing address of the card you wish to complete the transaction with. Enter information in all required fields, indicated by a red asterisk, and click continue. Enter your payment information and proceed to review your order. If you have problems with your checkout, Live Chat operators are standing by to assist you.

There are too many items in my cart. How do I update quantities?

Any item in your cart can be easily removed by clicking the icon to the left of the item name in your shopping cart. Update quantities by entering a numeric value in the quantity column of your cart and clicking "Update Shopping Cart."

Can I review products I have purchased?

We value your feedback. Please review our products by navigating to the product page and following the prompts to review it. You can manage your product reviews in the account dashboard.

I forgot my login information. How can I retrieve it?

As a new account member, you will receive a confirmation email with your login information. Please save this email for your records. If you are unable to locate the information, you can retrieve your password by supplying the email address used to set up the account. Your user name is the email address you provided at registration.

How do I reset my password?

After logging in to your account, navigate to your account dashboard and select "Change Password" under Contact Information.

I need to cancel or change an order. What should I do?

For any changes to your order, please contact us. Our office hours are Monday through Friday from 9am to 6pm.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Siivo.com accepts all major credit cards, including American Express, Master Card, Visa. If you require a different payment method, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you.

How can I updating my account?

Managing your information is easy from our account dashboard. Once you have logged in, you can update personal information, billing and shipping addresses and more.

Is my information safe?

Yes. Your personal information, including your email address, is never shared with anyone. All transaction occur in a secure environment. We always recommend initiating online transactions on trusted networks. Avoid purchasing anything online in a public place as information you send over open networks is visible to others.
